Program description

Joshi Estates operates two SMS programs:

  • Consultation program (recurring): Joshi Estates contacts investors who requested a real estate investment consultation on joshiestates.com. Messages confirm the request, schedule the consultation, and follow up on the investor's goals and next steps. Recipients explicitly opt in via the consent checkbox at https://joshiestates.com/#consult.
  • Opportunity alerts program (recurring): Joshi Estates sends new real estate investment opportunity alerts and local market updates to investors who opt in at https://joshiestates.com/investing#alerts. Each alert highlights a fix-and-flip, rental, or development opportunity worth a closer look. Recipients are investors, landlords, and developers; they affirmatively check a consent box to receive these alerts.

Frequency

Consultation program: typically up to 6 messages per month. Opportunity alerts:typically 4–10 messages per month. Frequency varies based on activity.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Joshi Estates does not charge for SMS; your wireless carrier may.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt in

To opt in, complete the consultation form at https://joshiestates.com/#consult or opt in to opportunity alerts at https://joshiestates.com/investing#alerts and check the consent box that appears immediately above the submit button. Consent is never pre-checked. Once you opt in, we send the following confirmation message immediately:

  • Consultation: Joshi Estates: You're opted in for texts about your investment consultation. Up to 6 msgs/month. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Opportunity alerts: Joshi Estates: You're on the list for new investment opportunity alerts. 4-10 msgs/month. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop messages. We will send a one-time confirmation and not message you again. Confirmation example:

  • Consultation: Joshi Estates: You've been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Opportunity alerts: Joshi Estates: You've been unsubscribed from opportunity alerts. You will not receive any more messages from us. Reply START to resubscribe.
